Vodafone india promoting wrong promotional offers to the customer by messaging or pop ups .later after recharging escaping telling that it was promoted by mistake. This has been repeated many times from company and harassing the customer. I have the messages for offers they promoted. In November they blocked my card telling your proof has got many sims so we block first number of the proof with out intimating to the customer. Later after activation they don’t provide previous balance and data balance also. So I am being harassed by Vodafone from last three months. I am using Vodafone prepaid
