I have a idea postpaid connection no9828279xxx and I have a gprs plan of 99 which gives me 3gb data usage. On 14 January I got a call from idea saying that they are going to close my gprs plan from 1st feb and to carry on my gprs usage I have to activate the 199 plan. I want to know weather can they change or close my working plan without my request?? Then what is the use of using postpaid plans neither I have made late payment nor my no. Is temporary disconnected then how can idea can stop my gprs plan

I have migrated my prepaid no to idea postpaid just because of every month changing of tarifd plans and now same I am facing in postpaid plan feeling cheated
