Dish TV – HD connection issue called to customer care no response

Hello, I have requested for a SD to HD upgrade and the technician came 0n 8/1/14 for upgrade. He connected the connection to AV (Not HD) and asked for the money which I gave to him. When I asked why it is not coming in HD then he advised it will come in a hour. I waited for the whole day then I called DIST tv customer care for the issue and I came to know that it was incorrectly setup. Then they have sent another technician to complete the setup, however it was not successful. From 8/1/4 to 14/1/14 there are almost 10 technician came to my house for the setup and they are not successful. on 14/1/14 another technician came and after a long research they have put a old setup box and they asked for the 2 days time to research again. The old box was not working properly and when I called to the local Dish TV dealer they said it will take some time. I have called several time to customer care by spending almost Rs 300 because i=t is not a toll free number but still i did not get the solution. I request you to please take some immediate action on this.

I just requested the DISH TV customer service to downgrade the service from HD to SD (like earlier)so that I can have the better service.
