Amount is keep on deducting from my prepaid account continuously towards value added services. In customer care confirmed the same i am not using any services. They said they will take care of not happening in future. But i have been deducted more than 100 rupees. They say they cant refund this. Today I have been deducted 50rs and they said wrongly deducted towards GPRS and it will be refunded in 2 days, only god knows.

I want my money to be refunded and an action should be taken for the support of other customers who are suffering in the same kind of issues. I have seen more people put their grievances in Customer Complaint website.
