we have bought whirlpool washing machine (S72) on 9 jan 2013 with 2 years warranty and its dryer is not working . they are charging for repairing despite the fact neither there is any physical damage and no replacement of new parts.its in warranty period, so why they are charging for repairing it.

we want our washing machine to be repaired free of cost as soon as possible since it is under warranty period and there is an internal problem in the working of washing machine.
