I have completed the cource MTECHESD cource under IGNOU from RECT on june 2013. My enroll number is 105306120. The result had been published 5 months earlier and grade card updated in the IGNOU website. Still i am waiting for thr the mark list and provisional certificate. I have been following up with IGNOU team from ocytober 13 th onwards thru phone and email and not getting any favourable reply. I pursue yuor attention to get the mark list and certificate at the earliest.
