Hi Team, This is everlasting issue which I have been facing since last July 2013 when I opt this service as there is no option in my area for internet. I raised one complain with Complaint Id :60228/3/2013. In spite of your intervention, Tikona has not improved the technical issues related to bandwidth in my area and still facing slow speed issues. I am paying for 2Mbps connection but from 9:30 PM till 5 AM morning, I get hardly 100/200 kbps speed which is really not what was committed and expected by paying around 800 INR per month. I discerned with their tech people and they told that Tikona Sales guys gave connection to more that what their infrastructure is capable of. Inspire of this , they are not improving their infra structure and resulting in slow speed during evening. On weekends, its impossible to even open a youtube video on 2 mpbs. I tried to approach mr. Tikona should improve connectivity in my area. Or Refund my installation amount ( 1000 INR) so that i can switch to another service provider .
