I have ordered a product (Tab) from shoplclues.com which was supposed to be sent by red express courier with tracking number C0008063D49143 to my home address in Lucknow. The parcel reached in Lucknow on 10th Jan’14 at their lucknow centre but has not been delivered til date. I have been in touch with the complaints team since last 6 days and they have bee fooling me promising that the delivery will be made.I am tired of following up with them as their helpline number takes hours to reach someone and they repeat the same story again.

I want a compensation and writen apology from the courier company and the product to be delivered immediately to avoid further stress and inconvenience
