Aircel – refuces to complete the portability process Poor customer care

Hi, My Name is Ramakrishnan Mobile Number: 7299920510 (Aircel) I planned to port my number to Airtel and I have completed the procedures(submitting forms, payment for porting) bu Jan-8. But Aircel refuces to complete the portability process. I cleared all outstanding payment. I have called Aircel customer care around 12 times. Every customer representitives I spoked with, assures that the number will get ported in 24 hours, 48 hours, bla bla bla. My unique porting ID will get expires by 24-Jan at 00:00. If aircel fails to port my number, I have to start again by paying 530 Rupees. I have spent totally 1030 Rupees so far (first time, complete failure because of Aircel).

My mobile number should be ported to my desired service provider (Airtel) as soon as possible. My unique porting number will get expires at 24-Jan at 00:00. So, I have to start my portability process again by paying 530 Rupees. I am not ready to pay any more amount.
