I have been randomly charged Rs 10/- for a VAS One97 on 15th Jan 2013 and as that SMART GSM sim I rarely use Saw the message late today( 24.1.13) called customer care about the same. He says it was done by you and cannot be refunded. This is a kind of fraud by telecom companies in which they randomly deduct amount from customers account and with a subscribers base of millions just 1% customers being charged gives them crores in one go. Please look into this scam seriously.
