Dear Sir/Madam, i have a connection of mts prepaid mobile, no. is 8432710170 Company is deducted balance any time from mobile and that is not refund, last time 23/1/2014 company deducted Rs.69 from my mobile without any information i have complaint on customer care service of mts complaint no.is JAN/111836 but i have not receive satisfactory response regard my deduction. and i got back only Rs.24 from my deducted money but rest amount from my total deduction Rs.69 i have not got. I am a student i cannot afford these type of deduction. From last 2 days i am in depression and i am not concentrating on my study. Please help me. Thanks and Regards Suresh Kumar
