I purchased one iberry Auxus CoreX4 3G tablet PC online from Indiatimes shopping on 10th july 2013 ( Annexure 1 ). The tablet was picked up from my home on 02 Jan. 2014 at 5 pm by the executive of Aramex shipping co.. The executive packed the tablet (which was in good physical state) in front of me. But to all my surprises the said co. mailed me on my email ID that they could not process my request under warranty as the tablet received by them is physically damaged and hence I have to pay Rs.4500 for the repair of the tablet ( Annexure2 ). When The said tablet was malfunctioning because of the problem of power button since 25/12/2013. I reported the above matter to the support / warranty deptt. Online through the website of the said company several times since 27/12/2013, 08/01/2014, 09/01/2014, 15/01/2014, 17/01/2014 ( Annexure 2 ). As per their directions I send the tablet through the shipping co. Aramex which was authorized for the free pick up from my door step.( Annexure 3 ). I myself contacted the shipment Co. M/s Aramex at their Mayapuri, N. Delhi office, they replied that the shipment was intact. Despite of my pleadings they replied again and again that the tablet had suffered physical damage and hence could not be repaired under warranty, hence I requested them to send my tablet as it was, which I received broken on 18 jan.2014 .
I want to get repaired the tablet under warranty.
