Fitness Pump Defective & substandard product delivered Fitness Pump Defective piece delivered Hi, My name is Naveen Kaul and I had ordered a fitness Pump on 14 Jan 2014 and I received it on 24th Jan 2014. the product that was sent is defective. Rubber grip of handles is worn out at many places. The seat attached to it for support has a cut already. it is not stable,improper lever alignment, The handles and cross bars are very weak,what is shown in the TV commercial and the product actually send are 2 different things,I have been calling the support centre continuously and no one picks up the phone. I have ordered the equipment on line with the order number 19988 and i received this equipment with the VPEPP number M1404248.I have been calling this number 02240989529 continuously but no one answers the phone. Thanks

I want my entire money refunded or the product of the same quality as shown in the TV commercial.
