BSNL – I am facing a lot of problems poor response

Respected Sir , I want to draw your attention to the fact that , I sri Suresh Samantaray is a consumer of BSNL Landline since 2000 and of Broadband since 2008 . But sir for last 2 years I am facing a lot of problems in Broadband service . My line connection(DSL in modem) is not continuing even if for 10 days continuously and also I am not getting the full speed of my plan(1425 UL) , But I am paying Rs 1600 / month without any delay . Here (in JATNI) I complained a number of times in BSNL office and also to the SDO , but sir the situation is same as before , thus I get a severe bitter feeling towards BSNL service . I therefore request your honour please take some appropriate action regarding this in my favour for which I shall be grateful to you forever .

I want BSNL should give me the full speed of my plan and also 24*7 service continuously and to return half of my monthly bill for last 6 months.
