Dear Sir ,I have purchased a Tata Indica EV2 LE hypothecated by Tata Motors Finance Limited due to some unavoidable circumstances unable to pay the EMI & surrender the car by threatening from loan recovery agent Mr.Ranjit Shaw through a Mail with a valid “reference no. 774448” on Monday, October 21, 2013. After that i called thousand times to take the car , but they are making lame excuses that drivers are not available or next week we will take the car etc.In this situation i have done couple of mail but yet to received any reply. Please note that the as we are not using the car , as per surrender norms ,it’s kept idaly in car-garage from last 4 months and as you know that if the same continue for a long period of time it may be useless.
