I bought a Postpaid Data card net setter from this outlet in april 2013. I was told by the executive that it can be converted into Prepaid after 3 months of usage.I never received bills at my address on time even after regularly requesting for physical copy of my bill. Also,the bill was wrongly calculated and overcharged more than once. i had to visit the Idea store personally many times to get it corrected. Collection people kept calling me all this while for payment, not paying attention to the false billing problem and non delivery. Now i want to convert my data card from Postpaid to Prepaid, but they are refusing to do so. They are saying i will have to end this connection and Buy a new Prepaid connection by PAYING more money

I want the connection converted to Prepaid so that i can use the data card.
