I am account holdber of SBI, Alipore Branch, Kolkata having account no. 20023554613. Bank has started deducting SMS alert charges from the month of July 2013 though I had request for cancellation of SMS Facility. The cnacellation of such facility also stands confirmed by Shief Manager, SBI, Alipore vide its letter dated 02/12/2013. Again on 27/12/2013 bank has deducted the SMS alert charges of Rs. 15.00.

Amount of SMS aert charges from July 2013 to be refunded bank in my account.
