Our Company has purchased an acid tank for carrying sulphuric acid from the company Khevna Plastics in Dec’ 2007.
We have installed the tank in June’2009.
The tank with 9000L of sulphuric acid blasted and entire 9000 L acid got drained and also the operator got serious burns and is presently in hospital.We need claims from the supplier/company-
1.Replacement of the superior quality acid tank.
2.Cost of 9000 L sulphuric acid which got drained.
3.Cost incurred against compensation to operator.
