Talk about the worst experience that you can have with any service provider..Took a Reliance Comm BB connection on May 28, 2013 – Subscriber ID : 2030653051 with a deposit of INR 1150 to be adjusted against bills in first month as told by sales rep – surprised by call from reliance that it will be adjusted in 11th month – BB was slow and intermittent at best – broke completely on July 15- Reliance admitted cable cut only on July 28 after more than 10 calls, immediately raised termination request # 206824503 – took tikona and never used reliance beyond this – termination email and billing stop email on Aug 22 – no trail on my INR 1150 deposit – now receiving a threat SMS to pay 510 be present at Pune Court on 30.01.2014.

Peace of mind – This is cheating. I have paid them 1150 (deposit) + 1 month rental of 617 = Total 1767 – which is almost 3 months of rental where the service was availed only from June 1st to July 15th that is 1.5 months…I want justice and some compensation for mental harassment that I went through.
