I brought Karbonn Smart Tab 10 Cosmic (IMEI number -ST101012007838) through ebay.com from re_blast seller on 01-02-2013 by paying Rs. 9,713.00 and delivered on 06-02-2013. Tab was working well and good upto six months and started giving some problems like Loud Speakers not working and Pink line on Display screen at one corner. As I approached to Authorized Karbonn service centre in month of August, as given in service centres listed in warranty booklet in Mangalore. In M/s Numeric Mobile Point, Tab was laying for two months period without repair and returned by saying services centre has been changed. Then I handed over in M/s Padmashree Enterprises, after two months period Tab was returns me unattended with same reason “service center changed”. Now I gave at M/s Chandu services on 21-01-2014, after three days he reported that Tab is dead with respect to PCB and Battery.He recommended for replacement but DOA letter for replacement he is unable to generate because it was purchased from North India Distributor (Jaina Marketing). He suggested to contact Mr. Jivithan, Karbonn service Manager, but he absconding and not responding to calls.
