This complaint is with reference to the Order Number 4141707 at yepme.com. I had initiated a refund at yepme.com on 28/11/2013 for my damaged product and returned the product to the courier guy a few weeks later. I am yet to receive my refund for my product. The product is a yepme shoe worth Rs.277. I had made several calls to the customer care but just got false responses. Also they are unresponsive to my mail. Please make sure that my grievance is addresses.

I want yepme to refund me Rs.277 and also Rs.60 extra as I wasted them on phone calls.
