100bestbuy – Product not recieved give me fake assurances

I ordered Peter England Assorted Formal Shirt (PSD-04) on Jan 9, 2014. I paid the full amount online. I was told that I would receive the product in 6-7 Days. It’s 20 days and I haven’t received a notification. At the customer care, they cut the call in the middle of conversation, give me fake assurances. When I ask about my product, they say that it will be dispatched in a day or two. This has been happening since last 2 weeks. They don’t listen to the complaints. I have called them 8 to 9 times.

I wish to get a full refund. I also want a penalty to be imposed on the company for exploiting me. I demand an apology from the company for such unprofessional attitude and consumer exploitation. I want the consumer court to take strict action against the company as soon as possible in order to prevent them from exploiting customers like me in the future.
