I have lost my phone after that i have deactivated my no. and i was told that you can get duplicate sim from vodafone store. but sim belong to haridawr circle hence vodafone store told me to come on after 2 days to get sim, after 3 days i went there but still sim request not raised by vodafone executive after this they told me to come after 2 days and finally after 3 visit i got replacement sim, they ensure that it will activate within hour but after 2 days it is not activated, i once again go there and they again told me that it will activate within 2-3 hour but 2 days past but sim not activated, in the meanwhile i raised many complaint no.(838519406, 2508988854, 839495177, 2509117818) and mail to vodafone customer care but no work. customer care says vodafone store will activate and vodafone store says customer care will do it. I have dropped 6 times my office and wasted my car fuel to go there and time. and its 15 days past i have no business communication and have big loss on deal and banking transaction.

6 Days salary,(570*6=3420 rs.) Business dealing loss=5000 rs. Banking transaction loss=1000 rs. Car taxy charge= 1000 rs. Mentaly Disturbance=2000 rs. Total =12420 rs.
