I have ordered ‘Rocio Slip-on & Grasim Suit Length'(Order no.-33576622) online on 20th January 2014. It was mentioned on the site that it will be delivered in 3-7 business days. but whenever I checked my order status it always shows processing. no courier is still allotted and no AWB no is generated. when I did live chat they said that it will take 2-3 business days. but now its over too. when I called customer care now they are saying that it will take 7 business days more to ship it and will reach me in 15-20 days.

I want compensation for mental harassment and they should pay for cheating people online. they should deliver product ASAP. They should stop lying to customers. They should properly compensate for it
