We have purchased Karbonn Mobile A-15 last year in March’2013. After few months it stopped working. After searching a lot we found their Service centre where we have given the Mobile for the repair. The jobsheet no. KJASPDL04211137135 which we have given on 22-11-2013. We were been told that it will be repaired within 10 days. since then we are following up at the centre but till date (31st January’2014) we have not received our Handset back. We have written so many mails on their Customer support Id and so many times we visited their centre and called them also but till date no response.

As its too late we want the new Handset from them
