We are partnered with a HONG KONG based company, incorporated in the year 1998 under the name QI Group which means energy in Chinese which is CHI. The Company was incorporated by 7 rich people from ASEAN and European countries. The company had a record turnover of 267 Million $ in its 4th year of operation – which is not yet done by any fortune 500 co as recorded in Forbes magazine and only recently Face book has broken the record. In the 9th year we did 900 M US$, in 12th year 1.2 Billion USD and this is 13th year and we are expected to cross turnover of 2 Billions USD. The company operates in 180 countries ACROSS the globe, with 7 million+ customer base and physical office in 30 countries.
All these subsidiaries deal in different verticals, each representing an industry in itself. The nature and design of product /service dealt by these subsidiary are such that either they are unique i.e. they have monopoly or where there exist competition, we beat the competition out rightly on price. And due to this none of the product/service is required to be sold. When I say “Not required to be sold,” is actually a BIG statement because everything today needs to be sold. Just to bring home my point, I would take you through some of the product/service dealt by these subsidiaries.
One of the subsidiary of the company is QICOMM which is based out of London is the telecommunication arm of the company. Now QiComm is not a normal telephony co and deals exclusively into Long DISTANCE INTERNATIONAL CALLS? It deals both into B2B and B2C. In B2B, we have our client like London underground, UK ministry of defense, reuter, Bharti, tata, Tiskly etc. Now u would wonder what bharti is doing with QI Comm. Bharti, for its global routing takes the services of QI com, bundles it with premium and sell it to existing customers. Premium is so high, Let’s say, if I make a call from my Vodafone to somebody in HK, I pay Rs 7.30+taxes. But If I take same service from B2C arm of the co, the same call cost me Rs 2.30 inclusive of all taxes. Not just that I also get a +44 Permanent global unique Number accessible across the globe. When we travel, we generally buy a local sim cards or Matrix and just to say hello to our family back home, we shell out 100-150 bucks a min, true. But If I have Invoice, I am accessible on a single number and I don’t pay roaming, thus I save 95-97% on roaming alone. My overall ISD cost is reduced by 60-70%.
50 % in India, is not very high as call rates are low……………….but outside India he saves 70 %.
Tell me if something of this available, and you are a person who makes lots of international calls or travel a lot, do I need to sell this or just share. Of course share, who wouldn’t want to save money.

Then I came across another subsidiary of the company, named QVI Club based out of Singapore which a Luxury vacation arm of the company. When I heard vacation, one thing clicked me that the demand for vacation is only going to go up. Things have changed in the travel domain. When we were young we used to go to Nana-Nani but today children are demanding for Disneyland. Simply because, world has shrunk, air fare has come down. Do you go for a holiday/vacations, let’s say what the normal tariff is for 3-Star occupancy in India; 3-5k and if it’s 4 person, cost is 8-10K. And if I say the property is 5 star / 7 star, tariffs goes up to 20-25K, and if the location is like Italy, France, Australia, Europe, US, UK Pataya etc, am I talking of tariff in the range of 40-50K. True? What if I tell you that by becoming a member of QVI Club, you can access to about 3000 affiliated boutique properties ranging from 3-star to 7-star across the globe, any season of the year at a price as low as 3,800/- and as high as 7,000/-. That’s not just for 2 but up to 4 people.
Just to share, we have a property called, SUN WAY LAGOON. Now Sun Way Lagoon is a fully operational 5-star property situated in Kuala Lumpur. It is 800 acre property. It’s got man made beach, manmade dessert, KL’s biggest shopping mall. It’s so big that 7 Nights is not sufficient to complete the property.
Normal tariff for the day is 1400 ringgit close to 22K. My friend stayed there, he paid 28K flat for 7N 8D.
Tell me if something of this available, do I need to sell this or just share?
We are also into wellness. Another subsidiary of the company is AMEZCUA, a wellness arm of the company based out of Germany. Today wellness is a 3 trillion US$ industry, The Gym, spa, brown bread, baba Ramdev, are all part of wellness industry. We are not into consumable. We have a patented product that has been scientifically manufactured, based on scalar energy using nano technology at a high heat fusion. What if I say that mere possession of this device would increase your energy, enhance your aura, align your chakras and improve immunity system. When I heard this I wasn’t convinced about the claim being made, but when I started this Project I realized that 60% of the business of the company happens because of this. But one thing got clear that mere telling will not do, rather I need to prove that it works, which is not an issue. Tell me something of this is available, do I need to sell this or just share?
We are also into Jewelry and collectibles. We own 3 world class Swiss made watch brands namely Bernard H Mayer, Cimier and CZhairos. Now Cimier is 150 year old Swiss brand listed in the world watch show held in 2010 as luxury brand and was ranked as 21st where as the so called Rado and Rolex were ranked 67th and 68th. The watches are Hands made each watch takes 2 month to finish, Limited Edition, each watch having 5k to 10k pieces in the world.
And the company keeps on coming with newer and innovative, cut out technology products every now and then.

Now you must be wondering what our role here. The company does not have any shops or showrooms or franchisee where all these product/service are sold.
All these product/service are available on a web portal accessible across 180 countries globally. Since our visionary partners realized the potential of E-commerce as early as 1998. For simple reason e-commerce provides two distinct advantages, first is fast and wider reach and second elimination of non-value added cost commonly known as MAD cost. Research says that 60-75% of cost of any product constitute MAD, or Shahrukh Khan/Amir Khan. Now Shahrukh Khan holding a Bisleri bottles, does it add any mineral to the bottles or increase the qty. but Shahrukh takes away Rs. 13/- from our pocket and he builds his bungalow at the cost of you and me. The company said we will not penalize our customer for MAD but will pass on the benefit through e-commerce portal as its saves all these cost. But while there were advantages, there were challenges. First one was technical inhibition; in 1998 people were not very friendly with ecommerce transaction. But today in 2012 it’s not a major issue but still may people do not know how. Second was personal touch. Computer does not talk. We as customer psyche would buy things only when we feels or personal touch is there.
Company said because of 2 challenges we would not step back from e-commerce platform rather would address these challenges by recruiting partner across the globe who shall remove technical changes and provide requisite personal touch.
Now let me address how exactly transaction takes place. Let’s assume X referred the vacation to you and talked about the portal. You on your own went to the portal and decide to make a buy. When you enter the site, it will ask KYC norms and also ask for a technical code. You call back X and he gives you the TC. You do all your assessment/analysis about the product and buy the product online swiping your Credit card. The company delivers the product at your doorstep, if it’s physical in next 2-3 weeks time. Now tell me in the process did X sell something to you or did he took any money from you or did he delivered any product to you. No but the company knows that because of X, somebody has gone to the portal and bought a product and generated turnover. The company transfer 10%-14% of the turnover into X’s account within 10-17 days. Good?
Let me share what exactly we are doing. We are creating a permanent customer base for the company by referring the portal.
Give Vodafone system creation. Vodafone acquired Hutch just for customer base.
Can we not generate 1 Lakh customer to this portal. It may not happen overnight. It will take lots of efforts/time/passion/commitment. But it is possible in period say 4-5 years.
Let’s say you created a customer base of 1 lakh customers and you decide to hand your boot and stop working anymore. Sitting on the beaches of the world. Tell me if you stop working, would the company stop working or the customer you referred stop buying. No because they are getting a world class product and saving money at that. Let’s Say company launches car insurance worth Rs 6K on its portal for just 4K. What %age of people do you think would go to the portal and make a purchase and save money?
50% means a turnover of 50K X 4000=20 crore. 14% of 20 Cr credited to your account. 2.8 cr. Even 10% customer base go to the portal and make purchase, you make 56 Lac. 2 such launch in a year do you need to work anymore?
Let me share with u the mission statement of the company. The 7 investor were big time into charity and started with the vision of RYTHM. Meaning “Raise Yourself to help mankind”. The company said man must raise himself to help other and only a person whose means are adequate can do so. In the world poverty line are defined but No rich line is given. We worked with UN and reached a figure that says that any person who makes 3000$ is considered financially free and can do charity. Now 300$ in how much time. Not in a year, not in a month, not even a week but per day. INR 138000 per day, 5 days in week 575000 per week, and co work 52 week in a year makes it a project of 3 Crore, year on year …..
The visionary designed a lazy mans guide and said that any person who works on this project following even the lazy mans guide will reach the figure of 3 crore in period of 3-5 year.
When I heard this I only had one small hitch about 1 Lac customer because it may not be impossible but may take more than 5 year. Co said there is a better way to reach 1 Lac customer bases. The co said instead of me coming to ur city or place and spending huge money to built market, why not u recruit partner for the company. I said why would I recruit partner for the co, for if do that am I not creating any competition. Co said, it’s not competition but co-operation. It said that if I recruit u as partner whatever turnover u generate, u get 14%, and for whole t/o generate BY YOU I get 14% as well. Tell me if I am to get exact what u get, would I not be interest in ur success more than mine. Would I not share my secret in the Biz/my mistake in the Biz so that U don’t repeat them. True?
But Co said not everyone and anyone can become partners. For a person to become partner, he must qualify on various parameters. First being that a partner would Not SELL. It said the selling has tow clear disadvantage: First that selling create misspelling. Large number of consumer case today are filed because of some desperate salesman who pitched wrong and inflated claim and thus damaging the reputation. Company said it can’t allow and tom dick and harry to disrepute a world class company. The portal of the company contains all the requisite and correct information about the product that a customer need to make before making a final purchase. Second Selling is one time. If I sell u a Mobile today, I would probably need to come back again in case co launched new product. Co said portal is a kitty/basket of many product. If a customer buy one product and is satisfied chances are that he would visit again for some other things thus no need for u reach the person again.
I got the message very clear.
Than company said, the partner must be coachable. Coachable simply means willingness to learn. This is not the traditional way of doing business and require altogether different knowledge domain and understanding. Hence the person must be coachable for him to become partner. I said I would do anything to make 3 crore.
Third, Co said only a satisfied customer can refer. Can u refer a movie u hint seen or refer a food joint that u hvnt been to. NO. Because the difference between selling and reference is very simple. Let’s say u go to accord showroom. A person in suit and tie comes and explain u abt the car in detail. But the poor chap goes back home on a bike. That’s sales. But lest If I have accord, u come to me and say wow. I say what to look, rather have a spin. U spin and says good. I give u dealer cards and tell u that he would offer better service if not discount. Now if u go there or don’t go there, u go today or 5 year after, does it make any difference to my relation with my car. NO because I am a satisfied customer of my accord.

My name was not on the customer list. I swiped my card, bought a vacation, registered a partner and following the FTP designed by the company to achieve my financial freedom.
