BSNL – Deducting money from account poor response by help desk

BSNL has been deducting INR 8 from my BSNL mobile balance (Mobile number 9400038593) frequently by specifying that I have subscribed a value added service called BollyFusion which I have never subscribed in my life,even when I am calling the customer care the automated reply specifying that I have not subscribed any value added service, but I am loosing money. It has been continuing for the past one year, I had tried to stop this by sending STOP message to the given number 155223 but nothing happened.I again called the customer care and registered a complaint with compalint number 4C07KL386744. After two days of my complaint they have again deducted INR 8 for the never subscribed service BollyFusion. I suspect it is planned cheating since the issue happening with my father in-law’s mobile who has 75 years old and do not know how to subscribe a service. The customer care executives of BSNL is also not helpful and they are not giving any clear solution or answer , even they are not picking up many calls and disconnecting calls after putting us 10-15 minutes on hold.

I need to stop this services and to get compensation from BSNL for the mental strain they have created with out any fault from my side.
