With great regret I want to inform you that I still have not received my mobile given at Maninagar, Ahmedabad Sony service center. It has been almost 18 days, I have submitted my mobile for replacement. It has been a worst experience with the Sony Handset as well as the service provided by you. I tried to contact your all India toll free line and regional Service center but none could gave me satisfactory answer but false and incomplete information about the product. If you cant provide satisfactory answer please shut down your lousy service centers and customer care lines. I have to admit that I have been suffering a lot due to the service provided by you. It was my big mistake that I switched to Sony over Samsung and Nokia. Wish I could have chosen another manufacturer.
