i have purchased a samsung galaxy handset gt-i9082 it is making some problem in device the voice is not coming. i have sent the handset three times to the service centre. they do not solve the problem i am nery worried about it.

the voice is not coming . it is totally muted

i ant to repair my handset and change my handset i only want this.
