I bought a new MicromaxA65 model phone but the company sold be a damaged phone (manufacturing defect). I have contacted their service center more than thrice and from the date of purchase, which is about 6 months ago. Either they are not willing to get the problem fixed or they are not ready to replace the phone. They are still cheating me. I contacted the Micromax customer care and regional manager of kerala and they are not giving any solution. They are cheating me. I lost my money and the 6 months warranty period.
The phone display was damaged from the date of purchase on wards, and iss going dead state. I dind use the phone for a single day.
I want a good/working phone.
