I ordered an Air sofa through Cash on delivery option on www.airsofa.in as on 26th of Feb 2014. At first they cancelled my order on the ground that goods cannot be delivered at my address and forced me to pay online for Debit or Credit Card. If I do that they will ensure the delivery. I refused to do so. Howsoever, I received the delivery on 8th of March 2014. I paid in full. when I opened the package, I found out that they shipped me a Normal Air sofa of inferior quality but I paid for a Velvet sofa. even on the invoice it was mentioned a Blue Velvet sofa. to more surprise, when I inflated it found out , it was leak and was of no use. IT WAS DAMAGED. Since then I am trying to contact them to replace it but they are avoiding and ignoring me. I feel I have been cheated. Please help.
I want it to be replaced for the refund of my paid amount. More over when ever I am calling them , I have to endure embarrassment and insult from there end. They are not only avoiding me but also making fun of my situation. They are not even revealing there real identity.
