I ordered a “Kaspersky Internet Security 2014 1 year 3 PC” on 22 Feb 2014. I have not yet received the product. I have not been given any info about the status. When i mailed and called the customer support email and toll free numbers, no one responds…I am worried about my money.

Because it has not yet been sent to me and no response about the status also, I am not able to buy a new one also. Hence, even though my present Internet security license has expired now, and i am not able to buy a new one from other sellers also. Because, after i buy it from others, if the product is sent by this seller, my money will go waste. Presently my laptop is unsecured and getting infected by a lot of viruses.

I want the the order to be delivered immediately and i should be informed the status about this order. Otherwise it should be cancelled and refunded immediately and the same should be informed to me, so that i can purchase from some other sellers.
