we have called to symphony customer care no., 5 or 6 times in a year for under warranty service, we receive a call , technician comes and inspect the cooler from outside only and says i will come tomorrow and nobody comes back because there is one screw to open the cooler and they are not able to do it .It was a manufacturing defect , to open the back panel there are two screws ,one screw they are not able to open because it is moving freely that’s why they are not able to open .we are not calling any technician from outside thinking that forcing to open the screw may damage the body of the cooler because it is made of plastic. we are troubled mentally because the cooler manual only gives autoamated voice recording ,service request facility so we can not directly complain to a CSR.
we want compensation and under warranty service.
