Ford – Bumper came out automatically and lot of issues

On 08.12.10, 900 Km Long Journey, Car’s Rear Bumper came out automatically & hit the motorcyclist. Damaged to vehicle & motorcyclist & motorcycle report on 09, 10 & 11.12.10. On 12.02.11 First free service at 1188 Km ask to remove defects & complaint of vehicle due to above & due defects vehicle are not in use. On 30.04.11 second free service at 1880 Km again ask to remove all defects of vehicle. Due to above & due to many defects on 17.08.12 at 2895 Km due to many defects & complaints vehicle was repaired extensively for most of important parts, components were changed, particularly dye PTRT, PAS FLUID IKO, RTB REPLACEMENT, CONN ASY-P/S PRESS L, Hose Power Steering, RIV RR Susp to AX, Labor & Services, PAS Hose replacement, RTB check & replace. Repaired sublet operations but smell of before 1st recall not repaired. On 27.10.13 vehicle taken to makrana with driver 300 Km to & fro vehicle breakdown on return with loud noise & its odometer jump from 4500 km – 26.10.13 reach to 7200 km automatically. Dealer not taken after 4 call for repair. My son taken on 22.11.13 for repairs. Second recall print automatically came for PAS hose replacement & RTB insp. ONPS1 202 & 204 they hide 201 & 203 & so on. 2nd recall issues were dispose off with in two seconds on our R.O. by service advisor. On 22.11.13 about 5 PM Service advisor told the vehicle bush destroyed fully & Arm’s became defective. I ask to replace both. But bush replaced & Arm not repaired/replaced. Actual km (7460-2600=4860) given remark on Job card arm replacement & maintenance required. Vehicle not perfect feedback given & discussed on 27.11.13, written not satisfied on Job card & given many mails also. Vehicle not used by 3 ½ years it is defective in all the way. NOTE: – Many mails and letters sent to dealer as well as to ford also and dates given in attached complaint.

Change of vehicle immediately because to use this vehicle is very risky & if taken on long drive always breakdown to drive such threat to life. More ever ford in its statement stated: – The car further said all units of Petrol – driven Ford figo and Ford classic manufactured from Sept. 2010 till Feb. 2011 will have the PAS Hose replaced as a precautionary measure. “In the case of the PAS hose issue, a total of 17655 units of Ford Figo and Ford classic produced & sold in india from Sept. 2010 till Feb. 2011 will be replaced” the state. Said loss of interest of 3 ½ I.e. 3.50 lakhs & Rs. 1.50 lakhs alternative vehicle & mental torture that caomes total Rs. 6.50 Lakhs More over Mr. Vipul Talwar, Mr. Arun Gehlot, Mr. Deepak , Ravi and Madam bindhu also misbehave with a customer. Please take suitable action and tender apology to undersigned. NOTE: – Many mails and letters sent to dealer as well as to ford also and dates given in attached complaint.
