Starcj – faulty tablet sold no response by company

I have purchased a swipe tablet from Star CJ on 2nd Feb 2014, but its faulty & not working, so we have registered a complaint no. 20140201040565, afterwards they told me that our executive will visit & take a return of material & provide a cheque, but till date we have not get any positive respond from them

we want our money back
