i purchased oxomax body massager from shopclues.com on 16/02/2014 with order id 11224781 and received in 19/02/2014.when i received it it was damaged, i immediately contacted with shopclues.com, customer support told me some steps to complain and to upload image of damaged product.i did the same. after that till now i called at their no. 6 times and also write them to email 5 times every time they told “sir your problem will be reolved ” but still nothing happened. now i want refund of my total product money. please help in this regard.
i want full refund along with other expenses that incur in making them 6 times call, plus compensation for delay a total of RS.500.
