Dear Sir, Myself is Jagdish P. Patel from surat, Gujarat. I had booked on consignment through DTDC, Surat- Adajan, Gujarat Gas circle Branch on 26th February, 2014. Destination of Consignment was Bhavnagar. Still today the consignment is not delivered to consignee’s mail address. After that I traced my consignment through AWB no. A278855862 on DTDC online consignment tracking site, I came to know that consignment was wrongly diverted to Rajkot instead of Bhavnagar from Baroda. After that I called to Customer care of DTDC, Bangalore and they told me that my consignment is no more traceable physically at Rajkot office that means lost or missing or misplaced. I would like to raise the following few questions against this:- 1) Why consignment was diverted to Rajkot from Baroda instead of Bhavnagar? 2) Why Dtdc Rajkot branch didn’t inform me about wrongly diverted consignment when there was mentioned Sender’s and consignee’s Mobile Number clearly on cover? 3) Why DTDC has taken Long time from 26th February to 15th march to declare that my consignment has been lost or misplaced or stolen? they are also not able to return me my Consignment Because It has been lost or Misplaced or destroyed by someone. I would like to inform you that this is one type of Irresponsibility and cheating with the customer as we pay them a service fees and our valuable documents. All the DTDC branch offices Surat, Baroda and Rajkot are equal responsible for the lost of my consignment. Waiting for your necessary steps and suitable action please
