Hi, this is Naveen Raju owning MTS data card , MDN 8694865232. I requested for postpaid to prepaid migration on 6th march. request number is 7626984. From past one month the status in INPROCESS. I called the customer care several times inquiring the same. all they mentioned was the status is in PROGRESS and when i requested to talk to senior people they didnt transfer the call.

Today i received a bill of 1010 rs even though i was ensured by customer care that i will not be billed ,since the postpaid to prepaid migration is still in progress and i was not using the data card. I am entitled to pay 1010 rs before even i can cancel the connection also which sounds to me like i am being extorted by the MTS customer care people.
