Sir, I have purchased a Blackberry Overseas Heavy Duty 15 Litre Foot Operated Dustbin from Snapdeal.com on 10th March and found the product being damaged. Immediately I have called them and informed for a reverse pick up and i have accepted and the complaint number is 5446244 for the product to be chnaged and teh . I have called them for 11 times for this wating money on STD calls and till today they been giving wage excuses and didn’t replace product or refunded the money

Request for a total compensation of Rs. 25000/- which includes loss of my time and mental egony that i have undergone.
