Sir, the service provider deducted balance many time by saying that i activated some value added services. When i call their customer care n asked to stop such services. And they said my services r deactivated. But other day same balance again deducted and when i call them back , again same process.

Sir , if my balance cant refund , no problem but these unwanted calls should be stopped promptly at consumers request. thanku sir
