I bought a mobile phone of HTC on 19/6/2013. IMEI no: 353567052990497 I had problem of overheating while using it and blinking screen. I concerned two times in customer care of HTC. on the First time they told me that may there was a problem having cause of battery short circuit and going to change battery but there is same problem occurring and i concerned again second time at the same customer care center and they told me that they changed full hardware inside the phone now the problem is still there of overheating phone while nominal use and some times it is getting extremely hot and blinking the whole screen. so after all of this issues I suggested them to replace my phone piece because this piece is in a warranty (1 year) period but they denied and I am feeling helpless.

28000 back or replacement of new handset.
