I have ordered Eureka forbes nano vacuum cleaner of rs2642 with free gift of black and decker 12 in 1 tool of 889rs on 24th March by prepaid. I had followed everyday to get my order to door step which was promised by Flipkart. However courier service denied to do so on 27th March. I have contacted flipkart and complaint against courier service where Flipkart representative named Yamini told me that I will get order at door step in next day. But I didn’t get it. So again I have contacted. After that every day I followed where their different representative e.g. Mohammad Shafi , Mohammad Nizzamudding , Krishnan etc. ensured that I will get shipment within next 2 days. But I didn’t get any order as promised. On 5th April I got message regarding cancellation of order. I didn’t asked to cancel neither they ask prior permission to do so. I have mailed them but don’t get any respond so on 7th April I have contacted through online customer care where representative ensured that I will get order and it wont be cancel but on same day I had another mail regarding cancellation. When again I contacted then I got very pathetic reply which was attempt to make me full. He asked solution like “You need to just re-order same product. ” which means I need to repayment. Already previous payment will be refunded in next 10days. So again he told me to pay. Who will be ready to do such thing? The price of product has been raised now and there is no free gift on it now. He ensured that he will give me wallet amount (it is feature of Flipkart) for higher amount then 2642rs but there are lots of condition to use this wallet amount like I cant used it in cash on delivery. It can be used with same retailer only. I have to prepaid etc.
1) I have already prepaid so my money was with them from 24th March to till next 10 days. 2) I don’t get my shipment (Eureka forbes nano vacuum cleaner + gift). 3) Insult among family where I promised to gift this product. 4) Every day I need to follow up them to get service but failed to get service in spite of payment. 5) I had got irritating and wrong promises and answers. 6) Cheated by deducting money immediately but refund will in next 10-15days. 7) Changing promises and statement every time i.e. Now price is increased for that product and free gift is not there. On 7th April in chat , Flipkart customer care representative told me that he will issue wallet of increased amount than 2642rs but on 8th april got mail which mention no such benefit will be given. I have to pay full amount and I wont get free gift. 8) Cleary feeling of cheating as I have invested my money for about month and not get any satisfactory solution. 9) Everytime they mentioned lots of rules to be followed by customer but when question come to their service then they are not ready to hear any thing just saying “Sorry for inconvenience , We are appreciating your patience, you are valuable customer for us” etc. which never helped me to sort issue but make me dissatisfied every time.
