Poor After Sales / Installation of AC by Dealer

Dear Sir,

This to bring to your knowledge that I am a valuable customer who purchased an Onida 1.5 Ton Split AC from
M/s Kalpana’s Enterprise on 29.04.2010.

The same was delivered to me on 30.04.2010 and was promised installation within 48 hours of delivery.

One person called Deepakbhai visited my place for site survey on 01.05.2010. He did not have sufficient tools with him and was told me that he needs safety belt which he insisted me to arrange.

Same evening after his confirmation, I arranged for the same after paying certain amount, as soon as I reached home and called him, he said that it won’t be possible to come that day, I had to return the safety belt as had no choice.

Since then I have made N no of calls to him as well as the dealer but no response.

Furthermore, I would like to tell you that I wanted to install this AC for my father who is an cardiac and was supposed to stay with me for a few days. Now he has cancelled his tickets as he cannot stand the heat of Vadodara city.

I can assure you that with this kind of an attitude, you are going to lose atleast one customer.
