ICICI Bank – MAB charges debited

My account was inactive from 07-2009 to 07-2013. in that period I had 0 balance in my account. I asked Delhi Janakpuri branch (Delhi) officer that shall I continue this account or close it and start a new account, if I again start this account then whether MAB (monthly average balance) charges for these many months I have to pay or not. I got an affirmative reply that It wont get cut. then regularly Rs. 393.26 for around 14 times i.e. 5505.64 has been cut from my account till now. In between some ICICI phone banking official suggested me to convert this account to salaried account so that these charges wont get cut, and I did the same as directed, still the problem persist. now in this month on 08-04-2014 on a single day around 5 times the MAB charges got cut. This is highly unprofessional and I am not at all happy with the service provided by ICICI now. even the phone banking officers or bank managers doesn’t have any other solution rather than closing this account and opening a new one. If closing the account is the solution then when I had 0 balance in my account, with MAB charges due I had to give only closing charges only not the MAB charges. so why they are cutting the MAB charges when I am continuing the account. If I am defaulter for the bank then the Customer service representative should tell me to pay a fixed when I ask them but they cut MAB charges at regular interval with a prior notice. ICICI bank is not clearing there stand on this which is highly unprofessional. Pls sort this problem asap.

a clear stand from ICICI bank that whether I have to pay these MAB charges? How much money is still pending from my side? when the account is dormant for many days same procedure is followed? Is it possible from ICICI bank to payback the deducted money? solution on this ever persisting problem
