Dear sir/ madam i ravi kant sharma took a personal loan from ICICI Bank of Rs.200000/-, which i foreclosed on 31/03/2010 and a receipt was also given to me for the payment of Rs.145000/-, and the recovery executive said to me that the noc will be generated in 1 month which he will bring it to me. but still no NOC has been given to me and the bank has imposed the fines and dues and other things and asking me to pay a sum of Rs.175000/- more they are neglecting there receipts and all the evidence of payment that has been made for the fore closure by me.

I should get my NOC First Of All My CIBIL record should be rectified from the day itself i made payment, and if possible punishment to those who make me suffer like this or compensation to me for these four years financial crisis that i have suffered.
