I bought Nokia Asha 502 on 12/04/14 from ankit sales, G.T.Road, Asansol. The App screen of the phone showed Whats App and like anybody else I took it for guaranteed that Whats App was supported by the phone and will run smoothly. The Store Proprietor or Manager too gave a positive response. Satisfied I bought the Set. However from that day onwards my life became hell. Not even once I was able to run whats app and repeatedly sent the set to be adjusted but useless. I realised it was a futile excercise and decided to replace the set with some higher model and agreed to pay whatever extra money needed. However, the store refused. I believe that I’m not wrong here. Anyone will take it as a confirmation that app will run in the set seeing the presence of whats app software in the set. Therefore I find it a misrepresentation of facts by the company towards its customers and make it liable to bear the consequences of the same. There I request you to simply replace the set with another higher model with whats app running and I will pay the difference of amount. If not I will be forced to go to higher forums and argue at all costs till my point is justified. With God’s grace monet is not an object of worry for me, but I will not let anyone whom I trusted to make a fool out of me. Manish Agarwal 8101425998
