i have recharged with rs.1099/- for reliance 3g 10gb unlimited option mbbp1099_3g on 11-04.2014. i am supposed to get 3g speed @7.2mbps as long as 10gb balance exists and after that at reduced speed @64kbps. it’s validity 30 days. but i am hardly getting that much speed. maximum time the speed fluctuates as low as 10kbps to 100 kbps. sometimes it rises to 200kbps,400kbps,500kbps, 1mb to 5mbps. but it’s very rare. i am finding it very difficult to surf internet and get my important works done and downloading gets very difficult. sometimes connection is cut off abruptly and those downloading in progress have to be done from the beginning. as and when i communicate with their customer care, they are answering that you will get the desired speed after 11 pm but it is not so. also every time they are uttering one thing like a record that their engineers are working and the issue will get resolved shortly. but it does not happen. i am faded up. i seek to your probe into the matter . i want to get my money back and compensation for for wastage of my time and hampering my work or the matter get rectified immediately. my reliance data card number is 8100080xxx
