I about a Samsung fridge on 24-08-2011. After short while started facing issues. When called the service center, they said that gas has to be filled in the compressor. They charged money for the same. This happened twice but issue still remains. Again called them and this time they changed the compressor but still no solution. Again raised the concern but now they are not responding properly.
Either product has to be properly functional or has to be replaced by the company since there is the issue in product.
