BSNL – BB poor network poor service by staff

Dear sir/Madam, Dated : 26.4.2014 I’m extremely saddened and distraught by the fact that I have been running from pillar to post in the telephone Dept./office at Haldia township for the last more than 40 days without any avail/result. I have on the other hand taken heed of every advice given to me by all concerned there, such as; • Shifting my plan from BB250 TO BB 650(yearly) and then constantly engaging with the linesman • To changing of my Processor @ motherboard, costing me Rs 13000/-. I am amazed by the fact that a staff Mr. Samar adhikary doesn’t bother to pay attention to my woes or at times don’t pick up the phone. The other persons just keep guiding me from one person to another OR various advices, which amounts to no result. Today I am seeking your help to either disconnect my phone cum Broad band (along with refund of my money forthwith) OR urgently rectify the problem. In fact I myself is requesting you to disconnect my services BUT the main concern is refund of my money. Sir, I seek the help of your good office to redressal from the service provider. Regards.
