i booked a go air airlines online ticket through ITDC air ticket agent on 4/4/2014. Due to some personal problem i canceled my ticket on same day (4/4/2014). airline refund my amount to ITDC on 5/4/2014. but agent ITDC not refind my amount till now. they promised me yhat your amount will refund till 10/4/2014. but today is 26/4/2014 bit i didn’t get any refund amount. pnr no: MI2FT4, ticket amount:7537
